Canceling appointments
Copy linkIn the main menu, under Call Center, select Account Lookup. A list of all project accounts will appear.
- Find the account you need.
- In the Cal column, click the calendar icon with a green checkmark (indicating an existing appointment).

- The Appointment screen will open. Click Cancel Appointment (right side of the screen).

- When prompted, confirm by clicking Cancel Appointment again.

- The Appointment Cancellation screen will appear. Close the window.
