Rescheduling existing appointments

⚠️ Note: Appointment rescheduling is a two-step process. First, you select a new date and time. Then you must confirm the appointment for it to be rescheduled.

In the main menu, under Call Center, select Account Lookup. A list of all project accounts will appear.

  • Find the account you need.
  • In the Cal column, click the calendar icon with a green checkmark (indicates an existing appointment).
  • The Appointment screen will open. Click Reschedule Appointment (left side of the screen).
  • When prompted, confirm by clicking Reschedule Appointment again.
  • The Appointment Scheduling screen will appear. Update the customer’s name, email, and phone number if needed.
  • The next available date will be automatically selected; available time slots appear below. Other available dates are highlighted in green.
  • Select a date and time slot, then click Save. ⚠️ Reminder: the appointment is not yet rescheduled.
  • The Appointment Confirmation screen will appear. Review the date, time slot, and contact information.
    • If anything is incorrect, click Back to edit.
    • If everything is correct, click Confirm.
  • The All Set screen will appear. Close the appointment scheduling window.
